inspired with the frames and memories word..so the title of my layout is sweet memories..

Hello everyone,
Am here today with a CAS style mixed media card ..
something out of my comfort zone..
I m not much into card making ..tried it for first time and see how beautiful it turned out :)
here is some images of my card :-

instruction :-

•  took a white cardstock size 4*6 and gave some colour effect using metallic paints from itsy-bitsy
• then I took a diamond stamp from Mudra and stamped it in centr of my card and spread black glitter powder on it .
• To embellish the card I have used mudra chipzeb and flowers from littlebirdie
• I have added sentiment on corner using metal emblishment
• lastly for base I took a paper from craftangle and paste my card on it

Mixed Media - Name plate

                                                           Hello and welcome here !
sharing a mixed media name plate today. This name plate is perfect for a house or café..
I totally love the outcome with one step crackle medium..it gave so good texture to my name plate..

TODAY I HAVE A MIXED MEDIA PROJECT TO SHARE WITH YOU WHICH IS DESIGNED USING ALL ITSYBITSY PRODUTS ;


                                                        ''FOLLOW YOUR HEART''

HERE IS STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL ON HOW I MADE THIS ;

Step 1: Let’s gather all the materials! You will require Gesso, Modelling paste, Stencil, Thermocol balls, Thread, Colour Splash, Metallic colour (bronze), Hearty Melange and Craft glue.
I am using an old frame from my stash for this mixed media project.

Step 2: Apply gesso on the frame and let it air dry or use a heat gun.

Step 3: Apply a coat of One Step Crackle Medium and let it dry. Take a stencil and cover it entirely with modelling paste!

Step 4: Arrange and stick small thermocol balls and pieces of thread, both on the stencil and around the rim of the frame using Itsy Bitsy Craft glue.

Step 5: Now make embellishments of any shape and size of your choice for your project. I made this embellishment with hot glue gun.

Step 6: Place the frame over the backing and glue it. Place your embellishments inside the frame as you wish. Now colour the entire arrangement. I chose to paint the entire project with black acrylic paint. Once the paint dries, you can see the crackled effect clearly.

Step 7: Let’s add some more colour to the creation! You can randomly colour certain parts with Colour Splash spray and apply a coat of tinted metallic paint too.
Select thermocol shapes of your choice and cover it with glitter. I have taken a heart shaped thermocol piece and covered it with red glitter.

Step 8: Add the thermocol embellishment to your frame.  Decorate the frame with Hearty-Melange sparkle element to give it a fancy look.
